Independent beer distributors in Minnesota pay more than $229 million dollars in wages to their employees and offer full benefit packages. Their direct economic impact on Minnesota’s economy is over $617 million dollars. The indirect economic impact is much higher.

The total business and personal taxes paid by the beer industry in Minnesota is over $822 million dollars. The total consumption taxes paid are over $327 million dollars.
