2017 Fall Conference Registration
You are invited to attend the MBWA Fall Conference which will be held September 15 – 17, 2017. This year’s conference will be held in beautiful southern Minnesota at The Best Western Plus and New Ulm Conference Center in New Ulm, MN.
A full schedule of events are planned. Beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Friday evening, a Welcome Reception hosted by Suppliers will be held. A dinner banquet will begin at 7:00 p.m. Following dinner, Brewers will be hosting suites for the Brewer Hospitality Event, details of which are outlined below. During these events Brewers (and Suppliers) will have an opportunity to meet personally with MBWA Members in a casual and fun setting.
On Saturday afternoon we urge all to participate in the annual Carole J. Basil Scholarship Golf Tournament at the New Ulm Country Club. A shotgun start will begin at 1:00 p.m. and lunch will be provided to all golfers. Tournament registration materials are also attached. If you are unable to participate, we strongly encourage you to contribute to this very worthy cause. Your generous donations are the only source of funding for these scholarships. As in the past, Carole Basil, along with her granddaughter Sarah Basil, have generously agreed to judge the scholarship applications and determine the awards.
If you are not a golfer, please join us for fun-filled afternoon, including lunch at historic Turner Hall, and tours of Morgan Creek Vineyards and Star Keller Brewing Company!
Saturday evening, the August Schell Brewing Company has generously offered to host tours of their establishments along with dinner. Following dinner at the brewery, you may opt to hop on a bus to downtown New Ulm for a local pub crawl.
